Absolutely lovely I've been here several times before and I seem to be pulled time after time to go there again we are sharing a full board Christmas experience this time and I can't fault it.its a very merry Christmas to all the staff at haddon hall for making our stay feel lovely
Just returned from a lovely 4 night stay. Very convenient for Promenade and the shops. Comfortable beds, clean rooms. Food was varied and lovely and hot. Our waitress Sue was very friendly. The entertainment was first class and we even had a half price bar.
I stayed at this beautiful hotel last weekend with my boyfriend and was in awe of everything, it has a very homely feel & charm to it with a welcoming energy. Staff were so polite, informative and friendly and all the guests were very happy and relaxed. Our room was a double but had everything there including booklets with information about the food restaurant and services they offer . The bar & lounge was surprisingly busy still at 10.15pm with lots of guests all socialising and in good spirits . I can really see from my visit to this beautiful hotel that it is managed in the best way to the highest stands. I will definitely be going back again.
Making our way home today after a 4 nights stay at this brilliant hotel. Centrally located for the Town Centre and the Beach. The hotel is spotless throughout and the staff are helpful. Excellent choice of food, considering that there were 3 coach loads being served at the same time, the waiters /waitresses were outstanding. Special mention to our waitress Ivana, she was professional, courteous and very efficient, and no doubt an asset to this hotel. (Table37) Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.
Excellent hotel right near front and shops. Always clean tidy place Food amazing freshly cooked to order every morning and evening. Would recommend the steak on a Monday night also the liver and onions on a Wednesday night. Breakfast is outstanding every morning. Staff are excellent with great customer service. Nothing to much trouble for them. Lunch time meals are excellent as well. Live entertainment most night and bingo besides Wednesday night which is theatre night and Saturday night. Would recommend hotel. Rooms are always clean and tidy.

Rooms clean and comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, meals are all very good and plentiful, entertainment was very good. Had a very nice and relaxing 3 days stay . Will definitely stay there again.
Great hotel, well situated for the promenade and shops. Staff are great. Turkey and Tinsel worth every penny. First class entertainment. Can't fault it, will return.
